..its my own fault tho lol...... certain kinds of foods make me feel kinda icky/sleepy.
My head aches of late are my own fault too....
Ya might not think one has much to do with the other, but food really does play a part in how we Feel in whole. I got into "clean eatting" for the most part. Quit eatting processed junk for the most part. Well, when ya do that, for a couple monthes and then indulge in Chef Boyardee two days in a row...its no wonder why i ended up with mild nagging head aches.
I was feeling soo much better when i dropped Processed foods as meals, and just used..like: canned pasta sauce as a base for spag sauce....that kind of thing.
When you stick to the perimetre of the grocery store, and heres the big one...EAT what you bought from the perimetre...you feel Better!!! I can easily wake up in the morning and get moving....( i still have the nausia- side effect of my meds) but i dont wake sluggish. I am more productive, and my moods are better, stress is handled better.
i buggered it up tho, as instead of my banana and yogurt for breaky, I ate Special K...carbs make me icky feeling...and for lunch i had Chef Boyardee...had that as a bed time snack the other night, instead of Special K....so Im paying for it today....
this is a great timeof year for clean eatting too...SOOO much Ontario fruit and veg available for good prices!!! So, Support local Farmers, check out Farmers Markets, and FEEL BETTER!!

I so agree with you! When I eat crappy, I feel crappy. When I eat healthy and exercise I feel aweseome.
