Yes, i was stupid enough to have some more last night and OMG i thougt i was going to die this afternoon!!!! I was in less pain when i was in labor!!! The only thing that has mostly resolved the pain and insane pressure was a HOT bath. The instigator was the fact that i had a jr chicken sandwich from McD's for lunch, and had a smoke when i got home....two things that make me need to "go".....well.....nothing wants to move.....
Ive sufficiently learned my lesson now, and will not eat another tostito.....next time i want spinach dip...ill stick to whole wheat pitas......
