Sigh..... Once upon a time May 24 was when friends returned to Bala Cottages, Hanging out, getting out on the water, even going swimming, listening to concerts at the Kee from my front yard, little Bala Shops would open, and it was EXCITING!!! Then in more recent history it was when we would go to Momma's do some yard work, camp and have bonfires....
This year... yesterday the weather SUCKED, and garage saling was unfruitful for the most part, and at lunch time we decided 'hey! lets go find St Jacobs and Fergus!'... so we did. Got to St Jacobs marker just as it was starting to close lol! We drove the last 100km under sunny skies. Vegged watching DaVinci Code then some friends showed up and we chatted till 230am. Today, its sunny, but windy and chilly, so we are starting on preping the house for this possible move. We have Cadies room decluttered.... the kids are working on their rooms, and we need to go do the Storage Room..... Ive kinda lost my ambition lol....
I miss Exciting May 2 4 weekends.....
Next weekend is our first REAL party of the year, and that will be exciting, i have some prep to do for that later in the week.... the following weekend is the base yard sale, and the one after that we are going to Niagra Falls and Welland.... Eventually we have to go back to St Jacobs lol.... Im looking forward to when we have the ability to go Camping....
